Learn the ins-and-outs of BAM - Business Activity Monitoring.  More detail here than any other place about this topic.  This is the most advanced course that I have done.  You need good SQL server (and possible OLAP) skills, and a lot of patience to properly work and debug BAM orchestrations.

I don't have any plans on redoing the SQL adapter for 2006.  At the time I wrote these videos, I was heavily using the SQL adapter, and then since my last several consulting positions did not require it, the topic is getting "rusty" for me.  I will consider redoing the Web Service videos in BT2006, and perhaps looking into WCF adapter.
